Customer service Co-ordinator

Job Title : Customer service co-ordinator

The job

Achieve good customer service level to all customers.

To review customer service operations and improve its effectiveness

Timely & accurate order placement including return orders.

Reduce unnecessary urgent orders

Proper documentation and filing.

The Requirements

Minimum 'O' Level, 'N' Level is acceptable

1-2 years of relevant working experience

Team player with good verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in the use of MS office and preferably with SAP knowledge

Working hours

Depending on customers that has been assisgned and their requirement, usually the staff start work at about 8am - 8.30am and ends at 5.15pm - 5.45pm. In addition, the staff has to work from 10am to about 9pm on every 6th week for the entire week. Overtime will be paid.
